🔮SANDSCAPES & SOUNDSCAPES experiment 2015
sound + vibrations = colour + patterns
Cymatics work with liquid and vibrations of sound. As humans are made of 70% water, this is an experiment to see how different sounds affect visual representation. Inspired by sand mandalas made in Asia , Sibilla will be making detailed, fluorescent floor patterns using sand and fluorescent pigment. This will be over a 9 hour period each day whilst sound engineers will be creating noise to direct the creation of visuals.
At the end of 9 hour period the patterns created will be illuminated with UV light giving a new dimension.

Audio-visual project in collaboration between Myself & Maria. . This is one of my initial audio tracks created with computer software, incorporating samples from the documentary "Food Inc." The primary goal was to highlight overlooked issues in contemporary agriculture. No animals were harmed during the production of this video. However, animals raised and killed on modern production farms do experience deliberate abuse and torture before the slaughtering procedure begins.
